The boat trip was great, we saw penguins, sea lions and lots of different birds. We spent around 2 hours on the boat. After lunch we visited the desert oasis where we had time to walk around the town, then rode in the dune buggies which were amazing! We stopped a few times in the buggies to take pictures, and to do sand boarding. Then we finished the day watching the sunset on the sand dunes. Overall the day was great, there are vegan and veggie options for lunch and dinner. Aymeth was an amazing guide, she gave us lots of very useful information, let us know the schedule for the day and gave clear instructions. She was so friendly and made the long bus journey much more fun and interesting! I would definitely recommend this trip!

We have had the best experience with Peru Hop. The guides, organisation, tours have been excellent and easy to arrange. The guides on the bus really looked after us from lunch stops to advise about tours. We even had mishap when I booked the bus a day early. They called me and even got the hotel reception to knock on the door to make sure we didn’t miss the bus. They then arranged for us to go the next day with no problem. They kept in contact with us via What-app with full itinerary. We loved the golden sunset tour and the ATV drive was sure much fun. Franco Lion and Jose Carlos were both fantastic and really made our experience so much fun. The extra visits on the way made the trip special and gave us a sense of the culture. We really enjoyed Franco’s talk about the slave tunnels, he spoke with compassion and care. We can see that the guides are really passionate about Peru and are very proud of their culture. Thank you so much you made our trip to Peru even more special.

We had a great experience with Peru Hop. For our 12d trip to Peru it was a very efficient and cost effective way to see many of the highlights of the country. The site has different itineraries to recommend based on how much time you have and what you want to see. It was easy to customize a trip that suited us and their included and extra excursions were excellent and affordable. While it's not quite the same as a group tour we find that we often encountered the same travelers in different places and it helped us make some friends and socialize asking the way without really being "stuck" with the same group of people. We met both tourists and local Peruvians on these buses. We mainly used the buses for transport and excursions and booked our own hotels and a couple of excursions with other companies. But the people we met that booked everything through Peru Hop seemed very happy as well. Lastly, their guides were excellent (shout out to Roberto B and Franco) who helped us iron out some things between stops, including booking extra nights at a hotel and planning some excursions. Issues always happen when you're traveling, it's nice to have some local help and expertise at your disposal.
